Use the link or QR code from your confirmation email. Your access link is unique to you — keep it safe.
I lost my access link. What do I do?
Email us at support@byopa.us with the name you registered under and the event name. We'll resend your link.
How do I request a refund?
Contact us at support@byopa.us with your support pass number and we'll process your request.
The audio isn't working. What should I try?
Make sure your device volume is up and your browser has microphone/speaker permission. Try refreshing the page. If it still doesn't work, email or call us.
